PARKING OPTION 1 : IN THE CENTER OF AMSTERDAM
Because we are in the center of Amsterdam, parking close to us is expensive. There are some 24 hour parking garages around the corner with us,from which the best option is parking garage "De Kolk", this one will cost you 32 Euros per day.
If you choose to do this, just drive to Amsterdam, you will come on to the highway, called the "A10" this is the highway all around Amsterdam. Drive around one this highway until you see the exit with number "S100" then follow the signs "centrum" and you will get signs "P" . These will lead you to the parking garage "De Kolk".

NOTE: Amsterdam is not an easy city to drive around in, there are a lot of one way streets! If you do not know your way in amsterdam, we strongly advice to go with parking option 2 (see below).
PARKING OPTION 2: OUTSIDE THE CENTER OF AMSTERDAM
A cheaper solution and far more easy to find is to go to a "transferium". This is a large parking place just outside the city where you can park the car and then go to the center with well arranged public transport. This will cost you Euro 5 for the the first day including two tickets for the public transport to the center. The days after the first day it will cost Euro 19 per day. From there it takes about 15 minutes with the metro or tram to go to the central station. When you are on the central station you can follow our walking directions (see below) and you can walk here in a few minutes.
There are 2 transferiums which are easy to use:
Option 1: Transferium Zeeburg on the east side of the center. Drive on to the A10, (this is the highway all around Amsterdam.) and take exit number S114. from there you can follow the signs ."P+R Zeeburg". From there take the public transport to the central station of Amsterdam.
Option 2: Transferium Amsterdam ArenA on the south side of the center.
This transferium is easy to find if you come to Amsterdam driving on one of the highways: A1, A2, A4, A9 or A10 (you will surely be on one of those). From the Central Railway Station it is only a 5 minutes walk to Amsterdam Central Bed and Breakfast.
Walking directions from the central station:
Coming out from the main entrance of the Central Station, you will see the Victoria Hotel. Next to the hotel is a street leading into the city, the streetname is "Damrak" (streetname sign is on the wall of the hotel).
Walking down this street you see a small harbour/canal on your left hand side. After a few hundred metres this harbour ends. At the end of the harbour there is a small street to the left, this is the Oudebrugsteeg.
Walking down this street you will surely notice the pub the Grasshopper in front of you on the left side of the street. Just a few houses after that also on the left side you will find a door with housenumber 6.
This is our entrance (There is no hotel sign or anything, so do not look for that). Use the top bell (It reads: A.C.B.B.) and we will open the door for you. (If you get lost on your way here, just call us and we will guide you).
