We had a WONDERFUL stay in your Old Bridge apartment. It's a very comfortable place with an excellent little kitchen....perfect for the four of us. The building's beautiful timber frame reminded us of an old wooden ship. The location could not have been better ! Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance and it was also an easy walk from the Central Train Station. We really enjoyed watching the crowds below from the front window and we loved the steep staircase, too !

We stayed in the attic room and it was fantastic! Very comfortable bed and great view. The location of the B&B is a very short walk from central station and right in the heart of party central. The coffee houses, sex shops and great street food are just steps away. We could jump right into the fun or hop on a tram in minutes and venture out. Jo Jo and Martin were very friendly and breakfast is set up in a smart way. It is really wonderful to have access to the kitchen until 2 every day and just be able to serve ourselves from all the tasty treats available. We could eat what & when we wanted without having to feel like we were putting any one out. The stairs to the room are very steep but that's the way it is in Amsterdam & it just added to the charm. I would recommend this B&B without hesitation, but not for anyone traveling w/ young kids.

Fantastic place to stay, warm welcoming and a prime location. Superb location for everything, 5 minutes from Dam Square, couple of hundred metres from the station and right on the edge of the red light district.
Situated in one of the oldest houses in Amsterdam the stairs in this house will probably be my over riding memory of this visit.

Next time we will be opting for quality rather than
quantity, by staying at your lovely B&B the whole
duration, rather than 4 days at a hostel and then
a luxurious 2 days at Amsterdam Central B&B. I
would reccommend this room to anyone, with its cute
woodbeams and window (offering light and privacy)
and quiet from outside, (even though the location
is sooo central) and great bed. The breakfast is by
far the best in the whole of amsterdam, with fresh
fruit, granola, fresh bread, meats, cheese, yoghurt
and more. We''ll be back, and we're telling all our
friends about our favourite little B&B in amsterdam!
