Terms & Conditions
RESERVATIONS
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
Your
credit card will NOT be charged, it is only needed to guarantee your
reservation. Payment is on arrival.
DEPOSIT (only for reservations over euro 1000,-)
For reservations over Euro 1000.- we ask for a deposit
of 25% (payment through credit card or bank transfer). (details will be emailed to you after you have made a reservation for which this
applies). In case of a cancellation the full deposit (minus euro 45.-
administration costs) will be refunded according to our cancellation
policy.
PAYMENT
Payment is on arrival. We prefer cash, but payment with your
credit card (Visa/Mastercard/AmEx) is also possible.
Please note that there is a surcharge of
2.5% for payments
with credit card (due to the costs involved for us
for credit card payments).
CANCELLATION POLICY(*)
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival
- no charge.
Credit cards will only be debited if one or more of the following
conditions occur:
Cancellations between 14 days and 72 hours prior to arrival
- 25% of full duration charge.
Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival and No Shows - full
duration of booking will be charged.
(*)as we are not a hotel, we can not get easy replacements for late cancellations and no shows, therefore our conditions are stricter than in most hotels. Please take note of this and we recommend getting a cancellation insurance.
MINIMAL STAY
For the bed and breakfast rooms a minimal stay of two nights is required.
For the apartments, bookings which include a friday and/or saturday
a minimal stay of three nights is required(*), unless a shorter stay
fits in between other bookings.
For shorter stays please check the options for your dates with our "check
availability" feature, or email us.
*For holidays and other special dates (new year, Queens day) longer minimal stays may apply.
CHILDREN
We can only accept children in the apartments Warmoes 1 and Warmoes 2.
PRICES:
Children younger than 5 years old: one child for free, a second child the normal price for 1 person.
Children of 5 years and older: the normal price for 1 person.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
We open at 10 AM.
We expect you to arrive with us at the given arrival
time or at 10 AM if your arrival time is before 10 AM.
Normally your accommodation will be ready and available at 14.00 hours,
normal check out time is at 11 AM.
We are however as flexible as
possible with that. If the accommodation is not occupied you can get
the accommodation early on your date of arrival and check out late on
your date of departure.
You can always bring in your luggage early on the day of arrival (starting
from 10AM!) and leave your luggage with us for the remaining of the day
of departure.
GENERAL
Amsterdam Central Bed and Breakfast reserve the right to terminate the stay without notice and without refund if the stated number of occupiers is exceeded, alternatively Amsterdam Central Bed and Breakfast will levy additional charges at the appropriate daily tariff.
Amsterdam Central Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to cancel your reservation within 12 hours after the reservation has been made, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Amsterdam Central Bed and Breakfast can not be held responsible for any damages due to the cancellation, but all payments done by the client to amsterdam Central Bed and Breakfast for this reservation will be fully refunded.
Acceptance of accommodation signifies acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
